
Mr. Guerriere, Director of our recently expanded New York operations, has displayed the practical leadership that marks a successful career. An experienced real estate attorney and title company executive, Mr. Guerriere joined Madison after serving as Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Title Agency where he was responsible for the operations of three related New York title agencies. Preceding his years at Liberty, he worked as Vice President for United General Title Insurance Company and was responsible for the company’s relationships with their agents throughout New York State. Prior to his time with United General, he served as President of J.P. Morgan Title Agency and Business Executive for the JPMorgan Chase’s Title Insurance Group.
Mr. Guerriere has worked in the business of real estate law and title insurance for over 20 years. In addition to the aforementioned experience, Mr. Guerriere gained his expertise as an attorney in private practice with McCarthy Fingar, LLP, Co-founder and General Counsel of Electronic Land Services. Inc. and Managing Counsel for the National/Commercial Office of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Guerriere is a graduate of Williams College and earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to his real estate law career, Mr. Guerriere clerked for the Surrogate Court Judge of Nassau County, New York. His previous career as a private school educator and administrator afforded Mr. Guerriere the skills to be an effective lecturer, having spoken on the topics of legal ethics and title insurance law. Active in his community, he has served on the White Plains Planning and Zoning Boards including serving as Chairman and currently is President of the Gedney Association, a local service organization. Mr. Guerriere was a co-founder of the Archbishop Stepinac High School Foundation and continues to serve on its board. In addition to his New York law license, Mr. Guerriere is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in New Jersey.
