Christopher Ifill is Vice President of Sales for Madison Commercial Real Estate Services. In this capacity, Mr. Ifill provides full title and escrow services for real estate transactions in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets. In the real estate industry for thirty years, Mr. Ifill has had a long career in the title industry. Originally, he joined Commonwealth Land Title in 1981, locating and reading surveys. From 1985 until 2009, he provided title and closing services for Commonwealth, where he rose to Assistant Vice President of Sales. Thereafter, Mr. Ifill joined Hudson Land Title, which later merged with KV National Land. At Hudson, he was responsible for generating new title business as Vice President, Sales.
Mr. Ifill was educated at Manhattan College in New York and is active in New York City civic affairs as a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board and of AAREP.
