Elliot S. Zaks, together with Joseph Rosenbaum, is one of the founders of Madison Title Agency and currently serves as Director of Operations for the company and all the affiliated companies of MCRES. In addition, Mr. Zaks is Director of The Title Training Institute located in Lakewood, New Jersey. The Institute offers both pre-licensing and continuing education courses in the title field. Before establishing the Madison organization, Mr. Zaks was a well-established independent real estate investor in the tri-state area.
Mr. Zaks received a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s degree from Beth Medrash Govoha College, and holds a New Jersey real estate sales license and a New Jersey title insurance instructor license. He also holds title producers licenses in 24 states. Mr. Zaks is an active member of the Lakewood, NJ community, serving as commissioner and formerly vice-chair for the Lakewood Housing Authority and is a member of the Lakewood Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is also a Board member of Yeshivas Orchos Chaim, a local elementary school.
