Seminar Evaluation

CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION EVALUATION SUMMARY

COURSE NAME: REAL ESTATE TAX AND CASH FLOW STRATEGIES

APRIL 27, 2010

LITTLE ROCK, AR

This form is a summary of the written evaluations we received at our recent seminar. The speaker evaluations for the course are the averaged numeric ratings from all of the evaluations. Your individual ratings appear below. Attached are relevant written comments from the evaluation forms.

A couple of caveats. First, bear in mind that only a small percentage of registrants (about 30% overall) turn in evaluation forms. We feel that those who don't are probably satisfied with the program as a whole. On the other hand, those who do tend to be either very enthusiastic about the course or have some negative aspect about the program that they want to share with us.

The written comments are truly subjective, representing only one person's perspective. Thus, it may tell you as much or more about the registrant than about the program or speaker.

Rating Scale:5 = Excellent; 4 = Good; 3 = Average; 2 = Below Average; 1 = Poor

Rating for program sections are as follows:
