
Brian M. Irwin is Director of Texas Operations for Madison Title Agency and Madison Commercial Real Estate Services. Mr. Irwin has spent the majority of his career delivering innovative marketing and management solutions to clients in the title insurance and mortgage lending industries.
Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Irwin was Vice President of Republic Title of Texas, Inc. where he underwrote and closed transactions as part of First American’s National Commercial Services division (NCS) thereby maintaining his client base and generating annual net revenues in excess of $1 million. Additionally, he implemented use of an online document delivery system, provided on-going training and instruction for a title production system, and served on the First American NCS Operations Committee.
Previously, Mr. Irwin served as Sr. Vice President and a non-voting Member of the Board of Directors for Heritage Land Title of Arkansas. He developed marketing strategies and oversaw the expansion plans of four new branch offices, two of which were Affiliated Business Arrangements with real estate companies. Under Mr. Irwin’s direction, the company experienced an unprecedented increase in order volume and revenue generation.
In a brief side-step out of the title industry, Mr. Irwin worked at CTX Mortgage Company, LLC as a Business Systems Analyst, where he finalized the specifications and oversaw the final implementation of the company’s first document tracking software. There, he also re-conceptualized their nationwide closing calendar, and worked on a team to create an integrated loan origination, underwriting and closing workflow management system.
Mr. Irwin began his career at Heritage Title Company of Northwest Arkansas, Inc. He started out indexing judgment liens and from there went on to abstract and examine title and eventually began closing transactions.
Mr. Irwin is co-chair of the DFW Federal Club (2010/2011) and serves on the Human Rights Campaign’s National Board of Governors (2010-2014). He also gives back to the community through charitable donations to organizations including the Preservation Dallas, The Audubon Society, and Dallas Museum of Art.
