David I. Tesler, Esq. is founder and Chief Executive Officer of LeaseProbe, LLC, a lease abstracting company, and Chief Executive Officer of Real Diligence, LLC, a financial due diligence company; both companies are affiliates of MCRES. Prior to launching LeaseProbe, Mr. Tesler served in the New York offices of Skadden Arps Slate Meager & Flom LLP and Jenkens & Gilchrist, Parker Chapin LLP, representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of commercial real estate. Mr. Tesler's experience in real estate law led him to see there was an underserved market for commercial lease abstracting services. In response, he founded LeaseProbe in partnership with MCRES. In 2008, LeaseProbe acquired Real Diligence to provide comprehensive due diligence to real estate clients. Mr. Tesler earned a Master's degree from Bernard Revel Graduate School and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. After graduation, Mr. Tesler clerked for now-Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch at the Israeli Supreme Court in Jerusalem.
